In my new book, The New Economics of Technocracy, I revealed that the final lock for Technocracy is Digital ID after Programmable Money and Asset Tokenization are in progress. All three are in lock-step in the UK. Google and Apple are driving the process in the UK with mandatory age verification.

The World Bank is worried about getting non-banked people into the system; any new person needs verified identification. The largest concentration of non-bank people is in the Middle East.
The bum's rush is on to get all travelers enrolled into RealID. On Sunday, February 1st, any air traveler without a RealID driver's license will be fined $45 and be required to submit to biometric fleecing, all of which will go directly into the master DHS database. RealID is hooked to each state's DMV data. On average, over 50 percent of Americans travel at least once a year. Everybody else is off the hook, right? Wrong! Your DMV data is already fused with the national database.
In 1937, The Technocrat magazine wrote its definition of Technocracy: "Technocracy will distribute by means of a certificate of distribution available to every citizen from birth to death." This agenda is almost 100 years old, but hardly anyone gets it. The Trilateral Commission re-birthed Technocracy in 1973 at the hands of David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski. Now the fruit of their labor is picked by another member of the Trilateral Commission, who is the UK's Premier. Just a coincidence, you say? Hardly.
TSA has been using cameras as a screening tool at security checkpoints, but it has been optional at this point. This will change soon when it becomes mandatory. Worse, TSA thinks it would be a good idea to outsource the whole thing to private companies. The hurdles are many and complicated, but as one industry executive says, “I think biometrics is the solution for that.” But your face is just the beginning of the data collection process at security check-in. Who will own that data?
The fifth requirement (out of seven) of historic Technocracy, as documented in the Technocracy Study Course in 1934, was "Provide specific registration of the consumption of each individual, plus a record and description of the individual." This has been in play for NINETY YEARS, waiting for the technology to catch up. The modern perpetrators of this digital panopticon are not communists, socialists, or Marxists, but TECHNOCRATS.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as its name implies, is a hotbed of Technocrats who are intent on total global control. Its website states at the top of its homepage, "Governance For People And Planet." These Technocrats are encased in a simulacrum, promoting anti-reality that will eventually destroy the planet.
Only Technocrat globalists and their organizations are pushing for a universal currency and digital identity for all humans. This will cement their scientific dictatorship. Organizations include the Bank for International Settlements, United Nations, International Monetary Fund and others.
The UN sponsored the "High-level Panel on Digital Cooperation", co-chaired by Melinda Gates of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and, Jack Ma, creator of China's Social Credit Scoring system. This group of arch-Technocrats is deciding the future of mankind: total digitalization and total control. This love-fest of global oligarchs must be repudiated at every level.
The Technocrat stampede to implement digital ID programs is a global phenomenon, and it evidence that Technocrats are operating and strategizing at a much higher level than national geographic boundaries. Biometric digital identity is absolutely necessary for total social control. Just ask China.
