This may be the pinprick that pops the AI data center boom. Oracle buried itself in a massive AI data center boondoggle that went south because they couldn't get the energy permits needed to run it. Then the financing disappeared. Oracle is using "force majeure" as an excuse to avoid losses and liability. If a court doesn't strike this down, the entire industry will follow Oracle. This is the proverbial crack in the dam.
