China has grown as a Technocracy ever since Zbigniew Brzezinski took Chairman Deng Xiaoping under his wing in 1976. Twenty-four years later, in 2000, Time magazine recognized China as a Technocracy. Since then, China has exported its Technocratic web all over the world, which needs to stop calling China a Communist dictatorship. This misidentification prevents us from seeing the true nature of this enemy.
