Got H2O? Technocracy’s Control Over Water
The record from 1987 to 2026 is consistent. Water was redefined from a free good into a priced resource. Then it became a regulated resource, an integrated “nexus” resource managed at all levels, a metered resource, and finally a tokenized asset. Each step was published openly in UN, NGO, and corporate documents. Each step moved control further from the household and the local community and toward unelected managers and financial institutions.
