This will fit well with Biden's new Executive Order, National Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Initiative,  that institutionalizes research and development of genetic modification across all branches of government and with billions in grants.

Transhumanists and Technocrats in Big Pharma have cracked the U.S. government wide open to flood the bioeconomy with taxpayer money and labor to push the frontier of genetic modification of all living things and especially humans. This is a massive story that exposes the extensive plan to provide non-stop mRNA vaccines at scale for every human on earth and yes, the CIA also has their hand in it. Moderna's new booster is being "approved" even though there has not been a single independent test or human trial, and it will be manufactured by a CIA-linked company.

Were Big Pharma scientists so stupid to not realize this would happen or was it intentional to begin the DNA  transformation of humanity?
