This needs to be said. Elon Musk is out of the government as of May 30, and good riddance. Certifiably, Elon Musk was never the head of DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) in the first place, but he was widely promoted that way by Trump, the media, and the government at large. Indeed, the whole world thought Musk was the "big cheese." But he was not. In fact, he had no authority whatsoever with DOGE. Let me explain.

Arch-Technocrat Peter Thiel's new Palantir contracts with the Federal government likely exceed $1 trillion just since the inauguration - not bad for helping Trump get elected in the first place. Vice President J.D. Vance is also tied to Thiel as a protégé who got his start in politics with Thiel's funding. In any language, this is called "cashing in", "pay-back," or "ka-ching ka-ching". This is the surveillance state at its worst, and it is being ushered in by a republican president.
