Double Tokenization? America Is About To Have Two Stock Markets
The SEC is about to legalize knock-off versions of US stocks that look and trade like the real thing but aren’t. A token that tracks Apple’s price but isn’t actually Apple stock. Apple didn’t issue it, didn’t approve it, and it may carry no shareholder rights at all. A third party can create it without permission. This is insanity of the highest order.
