AI misidentifies body parts, and gives wrong directions to surgeons on where to cut. No problemo, right? Wrong. The FDA can't handle all the complaints coming from AI-assisted technology in surgery rooms. Technocrats like Larry Ellison promise AI solutions for all healthcare needs, from cancer to surgery. When it fails, their response is "we'll fix the bugs" or "wait for the next version." Utopia is just always around the corner.
