China's draconian social scoring system is now being tested by Facebook, and its no wonder because CEO Mark Zuckerberg is enamored with all things China. He speaks fluent Mandarin, for instance, and has made several trips to China to meet with party officials and other big tech moguls there. Technocrats use data as a control mechanism over their subjects.
