The DHS Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has classified American “thoughts, ideas, and beliefs” as “critical infrastructure. Control over these "cognitive assets" has been unconstitutionally turned over to private entities. This is a most egregious and brazen violation of the First Amendment imaginable, and is a clear example of how government agencies are being weaponized against American citizens

Technocrat Elon Musk gave the last glimmer of hope for Free Speech when he bought Twitter and pledged "free speech for all". Millions of censored victims flocked to Twitter to find relief. Even as the mice ran in,  the trap was sprung as Musk hired CEO Linda Yaccarino, a woke media mogul with top leadership roles at the World Economic Forum.

Ireland is rubber-stamping anti-free speech legislation that originated in Brussels. It is highly likely that this legislation will pass, criminalizing free speech and thought crimes with stiff fines and prison terms. Other European nations are sure to follow Ireland's lead, and the UN is trying to push the U.S. into the same "woke" mode of censorship.

The Federal government will not give up on crushing Free Speech and the First Amendment. This new agency will have sweeping powers to oversee other "disinformation" organizations in the government. Although focused on things like election interference from foreign sources, any American who repeats such things will be on the radar for legal action.

As technology has disrupted key elements of society, Technocrats have taken advantage of the chaos to not only implement their own agenda but also to erect barriers to competition or resistance. If this had been recognized early enough, it could have been easily blocked. Now, the mere barriers have hardened into fortresses.

The war on Free Speech and the First Amendment is accelerating with the introduction of a supposedly bi-partisan anti-TikTok bill. If enacted, the government would have dictatorial power to shut down websites, impose harsh prison sentences and huge fines. The Restrict Act must not be allowed to pass!
