Cruz' creation of the SANDBOX Act provides shoe leather for the AI Action Plan that was released on July 23 on the Whitehouse website. The Plan was authored by David Sacks and Michael Kratsios, both appointed and accountable only to the President. The con is to set AI free of all regulation so it can pummel America into submission to AI governance.
