Technology is replacing humanity and human contact, from social media to elder care. Loneliness is rampant because no amount of non-human activity can substitute for actual human contact. When elderly parents die alone, hopefully the robot will notify children and authorities.
Clearview AI is relatively new surveillance company backed by Peter Thiel and engaged in massive collection of photos from social media platforms. Clearview is making its system available to Ukraine for FREE and it will be used for security and surveillance identification of its populace. Clearview's system is already banned in several countries and has caused privacy outrage in the U.S.
The academic developer, obviously of a Technocrat mind, states that "Social media offers an easy way to tap into people's behaviors". So, depending on how the algorithm defines "mental disorders" you can be stereotyped and directed to a therapy program to straighten you out.
Technocrats promised that robots and automation are supposed to make life easier and more enjoyable. What could have gone wrong with that? Well, it turns out to be another empty promise that so far has resulted in the exact opposite outcome. At the present rate of change. the trend can only get worse.

Thus, if humans use their intelligence to build artificial representations of their own intelligence, it can never exceed it. Nevertheless, artificial reasoning power does not express or inherit human traits such as wisdom, compassion, love, etc.
