There is a principle at the core of Technocracy, articulated by its original architects at Columbia University in the 1930s and documented across decades of research, that cuts through all the humanitarian language being applied to Gaza's reconstruction: the replacement of political governance by scientific and technical management, wielded by a self-selected expert elite.
