An unexpected phenomenon has taken the Internet by storm. When ChatGPT was released in November 2023, it logged one million users in the first 5 days. When Moltbook hit four days ago, it gained over 1.5 million "users," except that they are all... bots. Not humans, BOTS! The Reddit-style social media platform lets humans observe, but no human input is allowed. The bots - all 1.5 million of them so far - are socializing together, having discussions, planning, collaborating, writing code, creating religions, and generally "getting stuff done."
