Physicians will be mandated to use digital drugs or face censure or dismissal. Physicians are already subject to "Evidence-Based Medicine" (EBM) where treatments are mandated from above, with penalties for non-compliance. 

Medical ethics has been again thrown under the bus as Technocrat scientists push the envelope for no other reason except that they can. And they have. One scientist said, “The science is advancing so rapidly, the ethics can’t keep up.” A normal human being would slow down and let them catch up!

Technocrats are way overconfident in their ability to see the future, and geneticists have barely scratched the surface in understanding the human genome. In the meantime, they have little concern about risking the future lives of newborns. If you cannot figure this out, just consider what insurance and drug companies will do with such information.

Technocrats are bent on recreating society and humanity in their own image, according to science and the Scientific Method. They believe they are hijacking the evolutionary process and that they can design and micro-manage the society of the future.

The slippery slope of eugenics-by-Technocrat has been further lubricated with genetic experimentation on embryos as old as seven days. Technocrats assign no value to human life, so experimenting with embryos is just another petri dish in the lab.
