As the world mourns deceased physicist Stephen Hawking, it is important to remember his legacy. Celebrated for decades as a hero by the mainstream media, he used that influential position to frequently promote globalism and technocracy to the masses.
During a question-and-answer session with Reddit, Hawking supported the idea of communism as a way to stop rampant inequality in the age of technology. He said:
“If machines produce everything we need, the outcome will depend on how things are distributed. Everyone can enjoy a life of luxurious leisure if the machine-produced wealth is shared, or most people can end up miserably poor if the machine-owners successfully lobby against wealth redistribution. So far, the trend seems to be toward the second option, with technology driving ever-increasing inequality.”
In an op/ed for The Guardian, Hawking bemoaned the decision made by the British people to choose their independence and resist European Union control during the Brexit vote of 2016:
“I warned before the Brexit vote that it would damage scientific research in Britain, that a vote to leave would be a step backward, and the electorate – or at least a sufficiently significant proportion of it – took no more notice of me than any of the other political leaders, trade unionists, artists, scientists, businessmen and celebrities who all gave the same unheeded advice to the rest of the country.”
Hawking also encouraged western states to take in third-world migrants from war-torn areas such as Syria. He appeared in a state-funded public relations campaign on behalf of the so-called refugees. He asked the audience: “The children of Syria have no voice, that is why I’m giving them mine: what will you give?”
In addition, Stephen Hawking was in favor of governments imposing massive sanctions and taxes on the economies of the world to prevent the alleged scourge of global warming. He even inferred that President Donald Trump would cause the destruction of the Earth. In an interview with the BBC, he made the following alarmist statement:
“We are close to the tipping point where global warming becomes irreversible. Trump’s action could push the Earth over the brink, to become like Venus, with a temperature of two hundred and fifty degrees, and raining sulphuric acid.”
As the world celebrates Hawking following news of his passing, we should not forget his political agenda and the future that he wanted for the planet. If Hawking’s wishes are ever realized, there would be a globalist technocracy imposing its will upon the entirety of the Earth.
