Just like the BREXIT never happened, UK ministers bowed low to the United Nations' climate change mantra, pledging to cut carbon emissions by 40% by 2030. The economic harm done by these cuts will undoubtedly be blamed on the BREXIT, or withdrawal from the European Union.
